He has held positions ranging from accountant to Assistant Controller. Currently, Stephen is an independent contractor working in the Transport and Logistics industry as an owner operator for CPR Logistics. In addition to his accounting expertise, Stephen is also involved in Event Management. He is the owner and Founder of CPR (Certified Party Rockers), which has been successfully bringing people together for the past 20 years, with a special focus on promoting Rugby Games in the USA. Under his leadership, attendance at these games has grown significantly, from 11,000 to over 90,000 people according to recent statistics. Stephen is dedicated to community development and has founded the annual event called "42tribes1kenya," which aims to unite Kenyans in the diaspora. His future goal is to expand this event to other continents, fostering unity among Kenyans worldwide. Stephen's influence in the African community cannot be understated. He has been a driving force in creating opportunities and providing support to fellow Africans living abroad. Through his initiatives and events, Stephen has fostered a sense of unity, pride, and empowerment among Africans in different parts of the world. Passionate about good governance, Stephen is not afraid to speak out against government officials with low moral standards. He is a trained accountant and an alumnus of the prestigious Strathmore University in Kenya. With his extensive experience in finance, event management, and community development, Stephen Mbugua is the perfect candidate for the Treasurer position in the Sister City Partnership Committee.
